Looking to gain some weight? (muscles)
You are working hard in the gym but you cant see the results you were expecting? There must be something wrong. The first thing that you might be missing is eating! Dont eat junk food, sugar and flavorated drinks!!! Avoid them as much as you can you must stop drinking coca cola , stop eating ice cream. Eat sugar free chocolate once per week but not more. If you want build some pure muscle mass you may some Whey Protein to your daily meal. If you are in the beggining or in the middle of the building process it is not too late to add some whey protein to your daily meal. This is pure food for you muscles and should be able to see the result soon after started taking it regularly.
