Racialism

I really dont underastand what is wrong with most of the people that are racist. Everyone says that this is the 21st century globalization is making people to come all together. They forget their nationality language their religion and just have fun. There are a lot of place that i have seen such things. Last summer in one the Sunny Beach's disco club. Everyone danced and laughed together. There were many foreigners from all over tha world from Turkey, Germany, United Kingdom, Serbia, Romania, France, Italy and much more. Dispite their nationality the party was more than nice. Even it was much better than just a local party becuase different people have different habbits from different countries and at first is very difficult to understand it and that makes it a lot funnier. But not everywhere everyone thinks the same way. There are people that think that people with skin color different from theirs are not people at all. They are treeting them as trash. I have seen many situantion with such attidude. I do not want to write about them because i do not want anyone to feel abused. So what is the difference between people with different skin colors? I will tell you there is none! As a matter of fact we are all one and the same we are people and that kind of attitude is unacceptable in today's world and if you act like that you should really change that because the people will act ignorant against you.

Drinking water?

As you probably know our body contains a lot of water. Some researchers say that 60% of our body mass is water. The water is one of the most important things when you work hard in the gym. It is very important also in strong physical activity. About 90% of the energy that is being released in the cells is because of the oxygen we breathe and only 10% of the energy is being realesed by the water that we drink. But the water plays more important role in our body. It cools down our body when it gets warmer than that it should be. Then you start sweating all over to cool it down wherever needed. It is very important to drink water during such physical activities but also is very important the way you drink the water and when you do it. It is not good for your heart to drink more than a half a litre at a time. If you are very tired and you want to chill down a lil do not do it big. Do it on small gulps. Slowly but surely. And the other thing you should know is that you should do it atleast 10 minutes after you have stopped the activity, i repeat do not do it directly after you have stop the activity. The way you drink water is very important for body and really affects your heart and blood system. You should really pay attention to it. And to be in good shape try to drink atleast 2 litres a day of fresh or mineral water. Your brain will work more properly and you will feel more active.

Ever wondered how to cheat withouth actually being a cheat? I have the answer for you. There is one very vulnureable place in the save game files that a lot of people dont know. The save files for the dynasty are stored in simple tables. Yes tables! Can you imagine? No protection at all. All you need to modify the files outside the game is some table editor like MS Excel. When you are ready and decided that you are weak enough you may step to doing that. It is not hard at all. When you open Players.dbf you will see all active players their rating , salaries , potential and so on. You can make Kobe play for 0$ per year if you think you can modify it any way you want. That you are able to control everything the way you want. I wont reveal more than thah i think that this is more than enough for now.

If you are left open down on the block one-one do play against the defensive player. Thats the easiest way to get some points. If a second player comes to help on defense that means that there is a player of your that is wide open and ready to shoot. You have to just look up quickly and see who is open and pass him the ball if the defense come too quickly pass the ball back to the top of circle and pass it quickly to the other bottom of the court and there is no open player to shoot put it back down on the block for your big man player who already has beter position down low. This strategy works if you have well balanced team.

Blocking shot is the very important aspect of the game you have to pay attention. To block a jump shooter is very hard to do but if you dont do it he is going to hit the shot. But you put a hand up it makes it harder for the offensive player to shoor it simply distracts him which cause a missed shot and defensive stop. Blocking someone down in the paint is much easier but there are several thing that you have to do. First off the offensive player so little room to operate with so he doesnt have much thing to do. It is very important to attemp a block at the moment he attemps a shot. If your player has a good blocking ability the other player better start praying. Dont body to body because it makes it more difficult to block a shot because the player has no room to use his arms. Most NBA players have long arms so they need a foot or two from the offensive player to make a successful block.

I got a new tip this time for the offensive end. To dunk with no trouble on you head the most important thing to do is find a coridor for your player( HIGHFLYER). Thats the most important thing when you have managed to find a lilttle space in then just dunk anyone that try to stand you way probably is going to foul you. Once you have no-one on you just dunk. A lot of times there are three point play oppurtunities. Dont try to dunk over player atleast the player that is making that attempt is Kobe, Wade, LeBron or Vince. Most of the time you try to dunk over a player he is going to get fouled offensivly by you.

Some tips for NBA Live 2007! Part 1

I would like to share some tips for the NBA Live 2007. First off i want to start on the defensive end. A lot of people says thah they have real troubles trying to steal the ball. Yes it is hard but not if you think of something more untypical like i did. I was hard trying to steal some passes and dribbles when i focused on the inboud pass. I noticed that the CPU makes a lot of turnovers on the inbound pass. What you have to do is to place your PG or quickest player behind of the back of the CPU's PG. After he attemp to pass the ball go in front of the CPU's PG and still the ball if you cant do it mostly it hits your player in the body and go in any direction then you have to just chase it down. Thats the easiest way to steal the ball. I got about 20 steal average for my PG and about 10 for my SG! Aint no lie it is true!!

Your feet?

You cannot judge for a person by the clothes he wears but you can judge him for the way he wears them and in what condition they are. If you some rocking Lacoste Sneaks like this one above but full of dust what would think on that person? Personal hygeni is the thing you have to carry the most but if you dont care for your sneask it is the same damn thing. Dirty, Dusty and Nasty sneaks dont expect to be a polite person. If you dont care about your things then think over other people's impression you make with you laziness.

Dressing code?

Whats the first thing that you think when you see somebody? How he is dressed and how the clothes talk about the person they are on. If you see a guy like this one above? He is a criminal? Try to run away from because like suspicious. Maybe or maybe not. Or maybe he just likes to dress like that or he is real "gangsta". There is possibly no way to know that so you would prefer to run away from him. I wear generarlly the same clothes and i have seen people reacting the way described and the feeling is not good at all. So next you decide to put some clothes on and go on walk in the park in the streets or whatever you want think again what do you wear and how would most of the people react over seeing you dressed that way.

Jumping like Carter?

Look at him? Do you think you can do it too? Is it possible? Yes it is and the answer is pretty simple i might say. All you have to do is work hard over your vertical jump to get a result like that. There are many tips and drills telling you have to improve your jump. But it is not only the exceries but the work you have to put. Here comes the key to success - and that is the SELF MOTIVATION. Jump as hard you can everyday do your training plan as you have to do and soon the result will arrive. The one technique i commonly use is jumping as high i can trying to reach a point after i am done with i try to reach one which lays higher than the previous one.

50 Cent's album pushed back!

The album was pushed back for late this year release. This is official the new date is fourth of september. No real reason for that but the album is going to be dropped later. There are already a few tracks realeased to the public. The first Street single was Straight To The Bank with Tony Ya-Yo. The track is really hot nice instrumental. Fiddy may have a real reason for doing this track after selling his Vitame Water Drink to Coca-Cola for over four billion. The second single is Amusement Park which is very hot track sound very sexy and its going to be a real hit.

Three Six Mafia Oscar Winners!

Three Six Mafia won an Oscar award for the soundtrack of the movie Hustle And Flow for the song Its Hard Out Here For A Pimp! Thats the first award won by rappers for doing such thing. The song by its self is incredible. It hit radio stations earlier this year when the movie was released to the Cinema. I watched the movie and i can tell that it is worht watching. Hot story hot tracks on the back hot action what more do you need to spend some quality time? The instrumetnal of the track was composed by Juicy J and DJ Paul who founded Three Six Mafia years ago. Best wishes to the boys of Three Six Mafia ! :)

Lakers lost in the first round!

Lakers lost the series against The Phoenix Suns again. Two years The Suns have managed to slow down Kobe but not to stop him anyway. Despite his strong performance he didnt receive any back up from the other Lakers' player. Lamar Odom played hard on the block only the last game. Kwame Brown was almost invisible during the whole series. Andrew Bynum is too young to make strong appereance in the playoffs but there is real bright future for him in the league. Last year's Most Improved Player Boris Diaw was invisible on the court but Steve Nash, Shawn Marion and Amare Studemaire made their thang and skipped the first round.

Dallas going home for the summer!

Can you believe it? Dallas lost the series !!! The Warriors who catched the last train for play-offs beat Mavs 4:2 final. They did it! They did the impossible! After playing very strong defensivly all the time there was a double team on Dirk Nowitzki. He could get any shots to fall because of the strong pressure being applied to him. The rest on the court relied on him obviously! Yeah he was the season MVP but he can take the whole team on his shoulders. On the offensive end Warriors did it playing very strong Stephan Jackson, J Rich and Baron Davis put on real show to win the series. This was the first playoff games for the Warriors for 14 years now and they skipped the first round. Great run! Go Warrios, go !

NBA Season ends!

It has been a tough go for some team like miami. Struggling early in the season they managed to make a nice run late in the season to reach the fourth place in the Eastern Conference. Some had no luck like Indiana Pacers which was left outside the first eight teams in the east, just two games after Orlando Magic. Same thing happened to Bobcats. On the other side it was a great season for Detroit and New Jersey and Toronto Raptors. But lets take a look in the west where Clippers after looking strong on the seventh place fell off to the ninth after Golden State Warriors' strong run.The Hornets had their chances too but they lost two of three most important games in the season. The Lakers gave The Nuggets the sixth place in the west after losing direct match. Amazing season for Dallas finishing first in the west also San Antonio and Phoenix made pretty nice run this year.
