Dressing code?

Whats the first thing that you think when you see somebody? How he is dressed and how the clothes talk about the person they are on. If you see a guy like this one above? He is a criminal? Try to run away from because like suspicious. Maybe or maybe not. Or maybe he just likes to dress like that or he is real "gangsta". There is possibly no way to know that so you would prefer to run away from him. I wear generarlly the same clothes and i have seen people reacting the way described and the feeling is not good at all. So next you decide to put some clothes on and go on walk in the park in the streets or whatever you want think again what do you wear and how would most of the people react over seeing you dressed that way.
